Klarso entwickelt die Software-Plattform klar:suite – künstliche Intelligenz für komplexe Dokumente und Datenworkflows. Unsere Kunden kommen aus Verlagen und Industrie. Wir sind ein kleines, erfolgreiches und wachsendes Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und komplett remote organisiert.
Was Du bei uns machst:
- Du entwickelst unsere modulare Software weiter, mit der wir Content-Prozesse revolutionieren
- Erweiterung unserer Low-Code AI-Technologie-Plattform
- Programmierung von Frontend und Backend in JavaScript inkl. UI/X
- Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung in selbstorganisierten Teams
- Enge Teamarbeit, in Kundenprojekten auch direkt mit Kund*innen
- Mitgestaltung neuer Features, Komponenten und Produkte ab der fachlichen Idee
- Kontinuierliche Erschließung neuer Methoden und Technologien für bessere Funktionalität, Qualität, Performance, Wartbarkeit und Teamprozesse
Was Du mitbringen solltest:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Fachausbildung in IT
- Langjährige Erfahrung in Konzeption und Entwicklung mit JavaScript
- Eigenverantwortliches, kreatives Denken und agiles Mindset
- Gute Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Programmierung
- Clean Code, Pair Programming und Code Review bilden deine Entwicklungsbasis
- Bonus: Erfahrung mit Dokument-Extraktion (Docling, Tika, etc…)
- Bonus: Erfahrung mit KI assistierter Entwicklung
- Begeisterung für skalierbare, performante Architekturen
- Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Arbeitssprache Deutsch und Wohnort in Deutschland
